Q: QuestionBy looking at this controller the only problem I have with this controller is the back buttons. Are they easy to reach with small hands in a game like fortnite

• A:Answer Hi James, The eSwap X pro Controller is roughly the same size and shape as a standard Xbox controller. If you can reach the back of the controller on a traditional controller while your hands are in place, you should be able to reach the rear buttons on the eSwap X. If your index fingers struggle to reach the back of an Xbox controller, then you may have to accept that you won't be able to comfortably reach them on the back of the eSwap X. Q: QuestionIs the right motor in the wing/handle less powerful in your controller, or is it just mine? When adjusting the vibration, the right motor's 100% is very weak compared to the left motor's 100%.

• A:Answer Usually for the vibration motors one has a bigger/larger/heavier weight than the other. The reason is to try to give a wider range of vibration feedback, from very small (the lighter weight motor) to large (using both motors). I know my PS2 and PS3 controllers had different weights in each handle, having taken apart and cleaned both types. I don't know if XBox controllers are usually weighted the same or not though. The only problem I've noticed is that the vibration seems to go on too long sometimes.

Q: QuestionThe left joystick has always been what dies on my Xbox controllers. If I buy this controller is there a way to replace the joysticks overtime? Or do I just have to buy the whole controller again when the joystick gives out?

Q: QuestionCan I use the d pad to control my player? Can't seem to give d pad the functions of the analog. Seems kind of strange you can't do that. What's the purpose of being able to move them around if you can't control your player using the d pad.

• A:Answer The ability to move them around is so that you can replicate the layout of a PlayStation controller if you prefer that over the Xbox layout. Moving the d-pad does not change its function, it just allows you to use a different layout.
