Can I record off of spectrum cable? Namly channel 5. null

The Bolt OTA version only works for recording over the air channels. It will not work with cable. You need the other TiVo DVR for cable subscription use.

No, this item is not for cable, it requires an antenna signal input.

Customer must buy TiVo for cable! — not OTA! Then you can use Spectrum cable to record any of customers channels.

If you have access to the channel you can Record with the DVR. It depends on your reception or what your cable package includes.
