I'm not 100% sure what you're asking. Do you mean to say you have cable TV service? If so, then you need literally any other Tivo OTHER than this one, as this one works only with over the air broadcasts, while all others work with both, or only with cable. If you're just talking about a physical cable that you use to hook up your antenna, then of course you hook up your antenna to the Tivo with a cable, instead of directly to your TV, and then hook your Tivo to your TV through HDMI.
