No, one TiVo device will not be sufficient for all TVs in the house.

Newer TiVos can be used with relatively inexpensive "TiVo Mini" units to stream shows from the Tivo to other TVs. Ideally you want a wired connection to do that though, and also my understanding is that while you're streaming a show from the Tivo to the Tivo mini, it ties up one of the tuners. I.e. if you're using one Tivo mini, the Tivo can only record 3 shows instead of 4. I assume that when you quit watching on the Mini, it frees up the tuner again, but I'm not certain about that. But anyway if you had three people in a house watching shows on 3 different TVs with 3 different TiVo minis, that would leave the Tivo with only a single tuner left to record shows, as I understand it.
