- Answer You probably need to exchange product through Bestbuy if it is within given time period. If you have a problem turn it on also, then controller issue. If you can but no turn off, then TV is the issue I believe. Mine has no trouble.

- Answer No bluetooth but it does have a digital optical audio output to connect to a soundbar and a headphone jack to connect powered speakers.

- Answer Yes, the included remote has Alexa already built-in. Try the Power On feature, when enabled, the TV turns on displaying the last used input. To activate it, go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.
