- Answer No, however, you can purchase a ROKU device or Apple TV and connect with ease and Peacock is available. I purchased the Roku 4k (any ROKU device will work) and I have Peacock. ROKU is far less expensive than AppleTV. There appears to still be an issue, I assume just a licensing issue between Amazon Fire and NBC's Peacock...

- Answer You probably need to exchange product through Bestbuy if it is within given time period. If you have a problem turn it on also, then controller issue. If you can but no turn off, then TV is the issue I believe. Mine has no trouble.

- Answer Yes, the included remote has Alexa already built-in. Try the Power On feature, when enabled, the TV turns on displaying the last used input. To activate it, go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.
