QuestionGot home from work the tv was frozen so I turned the power bar off and turned it back on however the tv will not power up. no blue light, everything else has restarted that was attached to the power bar. How do I turn the TV back on?

QuestionNo matter the app, prime video, Netflix, YouTube or Hulu, nothing plays video. Netflix stops at 24% loading, Hulu give and error, prime just doesn’t start and YouTube has the spinning wheel loading screen. Any help would be great

QuestionCan I connect a webcam to this and use it as the monitor for meetings using Zoom.com? A webcam would utilize the USB on the TV to connect if possible.

QuestionMy parents have a Comcast cable box and it is hooked through HDMI1; the fire tv is running through the house wifi. Is there a way to keep the cable hooked up but unhook the fire tv from the home wifi?

- Answer Your TV is hooked up just like mine. I don’t understand why you’re wanting to disconnect the WiFi, just don’t use it. There might br something in the setting screen that might help. I’ve also found a lot of good information on ytube.
