QuestionBesides having Microsoft 10 what is the major difference this and the model Model: L15W-B1208XModel: L15W-B1208X just ends with an X and is $10 more (on sale now, but same price not on sale) and comes with Microsoft 10 already installed. Is it a newer improved model? Is having Microsoft 10 already installed justify the extra price. I also notice that the reviews are lower on the Model: L15W-B1208X model. I know sometimes newer doesn't always mean better, also to upgrade to Microsoft 10 is free on 8.1 Models. Thanks.

- Answer As stated by Toshiba, there is no difference between the 2 except for the version of Windows installed. For me, it was worth the extra $10 (when I bought it) to have Windows 10 already installed on the X model. I've updated 2 other computers to Windows 10 without any problem, but 1 other computer for some reason would always fail the update. There is no logical reason for the reviews to be different between the two. Mine seems to behaving fine and I see no difference between the keyboard or trackpad of mine and that of the Windows 8.1 model on display at my local BB. It seems like some reviewers of the X model are expecting i5 performance in a Pentium computer.

QuestionIs there a toggle to disable/enable the touchpad mouse on the Satellite Radius 11.6?Typically, I have a problem on my current laptop with accidentally brushing the touchpad while trying to type documents, thus causing the cursor to skip around. Is there a way to toggle the touchpad on and off while using the Satellite Radius as a laptop word processor? If so, is it a hot key that can be pressed quickly as I go back and forth between tasks, or something I need to navigate through the settings menus to find each time? Will I still be able to navigate via the touchscreen, while using the keyboard with the touchpad disabled (so, not switching to tablet mode entirely, just disabling the touchpad only)?

- Answer Toshiba "Satin Gold" is just plain silver. Not a bit of yellow in it. The silver color is nice and looks great but calling it gold is silly marketing nonsense.

- Answer This is a Pentium processor so it's not a powerful one to play extensive gaming and besides it only comes with 4gb RAM. You will be seeing lag while gaming.

- Answer We had the same problem. Take out the battery, put it back in and then charge the laptop. It will work fine once you put the battery back in.

- Answer yes...it has a camera for Skype calls and such so it is front facing. I would expect to take any photo of any quality though.

QuestionHow long does it take to charge the battery, before it turns on?I have been charging it for quite a while now, and all I see is the red light indicating battery charging. I don't see the light for the on off or for the wireless.

- Answer It takes 2-3 hrs to charge the battery and it does charge while in use. No light for the wireless but you can see the icon on the desktop if it's active. And this laptop doesn't have backlighting.
