• Yes you can download, install and run standard programs .exe The Surface RT Arm process is restrictive. This laptop uses an Intel i7 processor.

• I has Windows home installed. You can load regular windows programs and apps from the store.

• You must have the Surface RT which restricts downloading of programs except on the store
