Please contact Toshiba support at 800-457-7777 for troubleshooting and, if needed, to make repair arrangements. Any problem with Wi-Fi reliability can be resolved either by configuration/driver changes or by troubleshooting the hardware and repairing/replacing any defective component.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to power options, go to change advanced power settings, go to display, go to enable adaptive brightness. Make they are both off. Of course make sure your brightness is turned up which I assume your doing already. As far as the wi fi go to the Toshiba website driver and software support. Put in model number and go to the downloads. Your looking for the 17.16.0.4 update intel proset, download and follow instructions. That should do it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn OFF the adaptive brightness under power management setting under Display. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just take it back quick before you are stuck with it. I have now been through 3 of these computers . And while I was in the last time Two others were brought in with problems. One they had owned it 2 days and the screen fell flat and would not get up the other one the computer seemed to be on but the screen was blank. My three were all horrible experiences. the first one had no sound right out of the box. Would just make scratching sounds, the second one they replaced it with after two weeks turned off and never turned on again. Would not charge or anything. And the third one two of the keys were stuck when it came out of the box and then within a couple of days the screen began to freeze up. I have had many Toshiba's and really love them. I am unsure what went wrong with this model. If they would work I otherwise love all of the features.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
