  • QuestionHow many sq ft does this cover

    Asked by Pete.

    • Answer Wi-Fi coverage will depend on numerous variables, including, but not limited to: - Placement of the router (central location is typically ideal) - Physical obstructions (e.g. walls, etc.) between the router and your devices - Distance between the router and your devices - Which Wi-Fi band you are connecting to (2.4GHz vs. 5GHz vs. 6GHz)

  • QuestionWhat range does this have?

    Asked by Me.

    • Answer At least 50 feet (average) inside a standard construction home, depending on the antenna orientation. Faster speeds drop off quicker. So at 30 feet direct line of sight for comparison: Actual observations: 2.5g: -37dBmV 5.0g: -42dBmV 6.0g: -55dBmV Keep in mind that every +3 dBmV doubles the power, and -3dBMv halves the power. Decibels are a Log Base 10 logarithmic scale.

  • QuestionWhat is the Range?

    Asked by Chace1693.

    • Answer My home is only about 2000 sq. ft. Have no connection issues at all, including in the basement. I would imagine it has greater range to more like 3000+ as my devices still remain reliably connected in our detached garage and backyard.
