Is this item in store null

Depends on the location, but none of my local best buys had it in stock. I was able to pick it up locally at another brick and mortar retailer. Best Buy is making a mistake by not carrying these in stock. But they may be trying to sway you into spending $85 for the Netgear one instead. I almost did.

According to the Best Buy web site, no. However, they only took a few days to arrive at the store for pick up (pick up was my choice).
