Hi Omar, if you are referring to the Tapo Floodlight Camera's mounting base, it is included and weatherproof. However, the Floodlight Camera requires a wired power supply and should be installed in a location with a weatherproof junction box or electrical wires. If you do not have a current energy source at the location or are uncomfortable dealing with electrical wiring, we recommend having a professional electrician do the job.
