• A:Answer Hi RA2024, yes, you can manually toggle the Floodlight via the Live View menu in the Tapo app. Beneath the camera feed, there should be various icons, including a bulb with the word "Light" beneath it. You can tap this icon to toggle the light on or off. Additionally, in the Floodlight Settings Menu, you can decide how bright you want the light to be, set a schedule for it, and set an Auto-Off timer that will turn off the floodlight after a set period of time when it is manually enabled. Auto-Off can be disabled if you want the floodlight to remain on until you manually toggle it off.

Q: QuestionIf I have several of these floodlights installed and spaced around the house, can they be programmed to ALL come on (the lights) if just one of the motion sensors detect something? That's one of the very few things I liked about the FEIT floodlight.

• A:Answer Hi Navi, A Tapo Care subscription is not required to view videos. You also have the option to insert a microSD card (not included) to record videos locally. As long as the floodlight camera and your smartphone are both connected to the Internet, you can view and manage the floodlight camera from virtually anywhere.

• A:Answer No. The camera is not compatible with 5GHz. However, the datastream is compressed allowing 2.4GHz and its greater range to be effectively used by the camera.

Q: QuestionSetup Bluetooth how far my phone should be from camera to complete setup? My problem with the current camera it is offline and in order to reset I have to clime up that the cam can read QR code on my phone. Also can the camera be reset over the app?

• A:Answer Hi Vlad, Your phone should ideally be within clear line-of-sight for Bluetooth setup. If the floodlight is not connected to the app, it cannot be reset via the app. The device will need to be reset manually. Alternatively, you should be able to use the Wi-Fi connection setup option.
