“I have Xbox One S and the elite Atlas headset I tried to do the settings and I hope I did it right and I cannot hear anything from my headset nor the mic was not working do I have to have that adapter for my controller to make these work”

• If your using the old Xbox One Controller then you need the adapter. But should work with the Xbox One S and X controllers. Make sure you go to the setting on your console and put your volume up. And up on the headphones as well. Also make sure the input is flush with the controller.
