QuestionSo i just got a pair of hyper x cloud 2 and the Xbox branded stereo adapters are hard to come across so I want to know if this one will work with it for sure because my old Turtle Beach adapter works sometimes and then other times it will start crackling.

- Answer You need to be very specific here. Name the brand of headset you are using, the model, if it uses a 3.5mm headphone jack, etc. Otherwise, your question is unanswerable. This is mainly used to connect TurtleBeach headsets to use with the Xbox One controller for microphon/chat capabilities.

QuestionWhy isn’t this compatible with Xbox pro black controller? This is the only thing that works for my game but it only works for the older white controller. Please consider a separate adapter for different Xbox controllers.

- Answer Yes, this will work with anything that has a 3.5mm make adapter. If you want to plug up your cheap Kmart headphones go for it. You want to plug in your beats go for it. Look at the thing before you go asking dumb questions. It has a 3.5 mm insert so use what ever you want. And it will even work on a Xbox one s controller as well and the factory cheap controller.
