• A:Answer Have your tv mount ready (unless you order it with the service). You can find cheaper outside of BB. As long as you get a compatible mount, they will install it. Also have your area ready. I unmounted my old tv, removed the old mount from the wall and moved the tv stand/table out of the way so that they had room to work. They will install cable/satellite receivers or whatever other equipment you might have. I just them connect HDMI cables so that I could have the option to choose whatever gaming systems or other equipment I wanted to connect.

• A:Answer Geek Squad arrived at the scheduled time with all their tools and floor coverings. They installed the wall mount bracket and then attached the TV to it. They also attached the sound bar and programmed the remote for me. They were awesome!
