You can also buy digital versions in the game, but you'll be paying twice. If you "scan" the toys you'll have them available digitally in game for a week till you'll have to re-scan them. You do have to open the package in order to get them in game.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All physical versions allow for digital play of at least the included ships, pilots and weapons without ever needing to connect any of the toys. Additional physical toys you purchase will require you to connect them to play. But these items can then be used digitally for seven days before needing to scan them in again for another seven days of digital use.
