A:AnswerThe power cord included with the sound bar, in the box when purchased, is the same cord that the factory will use to test the sound bar and provide quality assurance. VIZIO recommends to only use the power cord included in the box when purchased.
A:AnswerThis TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.

A:AnswerSadly, Vizio does not manufacture a sound bar mount that would also attach to the TV for this model of sound bar. A universal mount would be your best bet. If additional assistance is needed, please click on "Account" in the Vizio Mobile App, then click "Support" and "Contact Us." Thanks!
A:AnswerYes. I downloaded the full User's Manual and followed the instructions carefully for pairing the sound bar with the subwoofer and selecting the proper settings so that the cable box, cable box remote, TV, sound bar and subwoofer work together as a single complete unit. Everything turns on and is controlled by the Xfinity Cable Box remote.
A:AnswerThats optical for you, I had optical and suffered the same problem periodically. This sound bar sounds great with HDMI ARC cable connection. However, the problem could be the signal from the source you are getting it from. They sometimes send it like that from their end.
A:AnswerYes I’ve experienced this same type of interference.
You have to make sure that your subwoofer has a direct line of sight to your Vizio sound bar.
