QuestionCan I play a .mov file on a USB thumb-drive?Can I play a .mov file on a USB stick? I have a formatted, FAT32, USB thumb-drive connected to the USB port on the back of the TV but am unable to play a .mov video file. The file is not recognized. I thought I'd be able to play .mov files on this.

QuestionWhat about freezing temperatures?I want to put this outside in my shed/gym/man-cave. It is not heated except by a small space heater when I'm working out or hanging out. The temperature will get below freezing but not too much below freezing. Will this be harmful?

- Answer If kept at recommended temps (see the brochure with TV, or online) I would not recommend it being outside without constant temps.

- Answer Can't answer specifically but I just got a new Samsung Galaxy S-5 cellphone that came pre-loaded with an app called "Peel Smart Remote." I had no idea how to use it but gave it a try. It's a simple three or four step setup process. It works with my cable service provider (Cox) and I have it set up for an old Samsung DLP (non-smart) TV and a newer LG Smart TV. The set up process offers hundreds of service providers and TV brands to choose from. After setup, touch the Peel icon on the cellphone screen and the phone shows an image of a purpose-built remote control device. It gives pretty much all the functionality of the cable service remote and the TV remote from my cell phone. Give it a try.

- Answer If I hooked up my ATT 750 kb internet service to mine, I would probably only get about 240. I would call your internet provider and ask how high the audio and data stream is that they are sending to you, and also check the Vizio owners manual for proper settings for accepting internet data to the Vizio.

- Answer We're assuming you activated the new MLB connection via your cable or satellite provider. Now you have to re-scan the incoming channels to pick up the newly "authorized" channel(s). The User Guide will instruct you on how to accomplish this. Enjoy!

- Answer You can access Netflix and Hulu through the tv apps installed already. As with any Netflix and Hulu app, you only have to pay the monthly subscription through those apps that you must pay regardless of the tv or console you use to access it.
