A:Answer Hi, i have the same problem. Spoke to Vizio and they made me reboot the system by unplugging the bar and hold the power bottom for 20 seconds, then plug the bar again and it started to work and turn off normally. Unfortunately this was good for 1 day and after the issue started again! Called vizio again and was told to perform the same procedure,.. so really sucks! If this keep on occurring i may return it.
