QuestionWhen playing cod ww2 it says it's Hdr10 but 1080p, why is that? Also which port is best. It says HDMI 2 and 4 but wesbites say HDMI 1.

- Answer If you want it to be 2160p with HDR10 you have to use HDMI port 1.

QuestionCan I hook up a standard definition coax cable to this TV? And if not, any thoughts on how to connect a standard def Comcast cable box using one of the other inputs?

- Answer This display does not have a coaxial connector however if you cable box has component connections you can connect it to the TV through those.

- Answer You can buy an universal type tv mount stand where it can cost about 35$. The brand is VIVO just don't know if they have one that support this size.

QuestionHow do I access the Tv built-in apps? The only inputs it has are smartcast and hdmi's. I can't imagine a 'smart tv' without apps you can navigate with your remote controller.

QuestionI just bought this tv and under the system information it says HDR:no. It is advertised to have both 4k and HDR. It even says HDR on the box. I've tried using both HDMI 1 and 2. If it does have HDR how do I get it to work.

- Answer It has HDR. Goto Settings>Input Settings>HDMI-1>switch "Full UHD Color" to the right or "on."

QuestionI recently bough this model, came home, and my surprise is that I can't find, or there's not a main app menu for the TV. The remote controller doesn't have a main menu button, just a menu button for configurations.How do I acces the main apps menu?

- Answer It's the button with the Vizio symbol right in the middle of the remote between the volume and channel buttons. Click that and you get the apps menu. There is also a user manual listed when you click the Menu button.

QuestionI have a PS4 Pro, which only supports HDR10, but all I've seen is Dolby Vision on this TV. My question is does this TV also support HDR10 along with Dolby Vision, so I can get all the benefits of the PS4 Pro?

- Answer Yes. This TV supports HDR 10 which has 10 bit color depth. Dolby Vision is superior to HDR 10 it has 12 bit color depth. Any TV that has Dolby Vision will support HDR 10. Some TV's only support HDR 10. To answer your question PS4 Pro supports HDR 10 (as do all Sony TV's ect.). This will support PS4 Pro as well as any Dolby Vision HDR product.
