Yes though you can cast any app like Netflix from any capable smart device (like most smartphones) using the built in Cast feature. There are 4 HDMI inputs in addition to the Cast input that you can use for whatever you want, so yes you can connect a Roku or Amazon Fire Stick to any of the HDMI ports.
