• I don't know of any videos in Netflix that are 4K but it should stream at whatever level your Internet bandwidth can handle.

• 4k content can be cast from Netflix and Youtube. You will need a 4k blueray player to watch 4k disks. Presently I am not aware of Xfinity having any 4k content or a 4k box. I recommend you connect your internet directly to the TV with a CAT6 cable. Also make sure you have 20Mbps or higher internet speeds for the best performance of streaming.

• Yes it does. As well as Hulu, YouTube, and any other services that streams.
