• Well, it is not mega hertz..... But in the specifications tab, it does specify its refresh rate is 120Hz.

• I believe you are asking about the refresh rate. This is a 60 Hz refresh with a 120 Hz back light this removes most of the flicker associated with a 60 Hz image. This is called by Vizeo an effective refresh rate.
