• It is most likely on Zoom. I have found the best viewing feature is Vivid. Hit the Pic button on the remote.

• There are wide settings that can be adjusted on the display. If the wide setting is set to normal then it may be the source device (cable box, satellite box, Blu-Ray player, etc.) may have a wide setting that is zoomed in.
