how do I access Amazon prime content? null

I don't think it is possible. I returned the tv because I couldn't access amazon prime via Google cast because the icon for it is not located in the Amazon prime app. I got a Samsung that has a smart hub where you just download the apps you want on to the smart tv...you don't need your smart phone. works like a charm!

I use my phone to cast whatever is on it to be on the tv or I use my ps4 or 4k blu ray player to view apps such as amazon and etc.

Amazon is not available for Cast but apps such as Netflix and HULU are, along with hundreds of other apps. Thanks! -Randal
