• The display itself does support 4K, however you will need to make sure the content you're watching is 4k capable, and verify that you have a 4k Netflix subscription.

• Its done through the app. But first you have to set it up first which isn't hard to do then Netflix will work

• If it does I don't know how to do it. I have 79 Mbps internet speed and the upgraded Netflix account which is required to stream in 4K and the only way I can do it is through my Xbox one S. Through the built in app I don't even see the 4K lineup on Netflix.
