I have mine on the lowest,and it is 1.2 inches,so I assume the 4.07 highest setting is also correct.I use a pair of Bluetooth bookshelf speakers on the left,and right side of where we sit,and have found the sound is much better than using a sound bar that sits underneath the tv 15 feet away.

If “Calibrated DARK” setting isn’t dark enough for you then go into advanced setting and lower the BACKLIGHT down below 50% then play around with the brightness and other settings.
