QuestionHi I was setting up my system and my sound bar and sub are working fine but the two satellites are not working. My brother got the exact same one and his is working perfectly fine. I believe this has also affected the volume of the soundbar and subwoofer.

- Answer Yes, This sound bar can be connected to any device that has one of the following audio out ports. Either a Digital Coaxial port, SPDIF (digital optical) port, 3.5mm (Headphone jack) port, or an HDMI ARC port. The sound bar will include each of those cables in the box.

QuestionI was wondering if I run my cable box into this unit via HDMI input and then run the unit into my TV's HDMI input am I able to still watch my cable signal with out having the unit turned on? Will the signal bypass thru the unit for normal tv speaker sound

- Answer Yes you can! The mounts for the satellite speakers are included but we do not include the hard ware to connect them to the wall.

- Answer You can turn off the power switch on the back of the subwoofer to disable the satellite speakers and the sub. It will work just fine.

- Answer If you plan on sticking the subwoofer under the couch and sitting on the couch to watch movies, this is worth the upgrade. Basically you will feel the couch vibrate with every movie explosion etc.
