- Answer Hello, Chris! The remotes do change the shortcut buttons from time to time and aren't all the same. We do offer some remotes that have personal shortcut buttons numbered 1 and 2 that you can set to your own channels if you prefer.

QuestionAre there options on the pre set buttons. I liked my prior 4 choices better. Netflix, Sling, Disney, Hulu. Instead of Apple, Paramount, Netflix, Hulu. My old setup would of allowed a total of 4 usable channels. This is limited to 3 presets

- Answer Although you are correct about the preset lineup. The Voice Remote Pro also has 2 shortcut buttons that you can set-up to open any app/shortcut you like. Of course you don't even need the buttons. With the hands free voice remote simply tell it which channel to open.

- Answer I personally havent had an issue with charging the remote. It should work with the roku ultra LT. Its just a matter of pairing. I dont think it will work on the samsung tv. I think its just for rokus
