You will have to unpair the VTech IS8151-5 from your cellphone in order for you to pair your cellphone with a different bluetooth device.
A:AnswerJohnP909 - The VTech IS8151 has a message alert tone feature that beeps every 10 seconds at the telephone base when you have a new message in the answering machine. The unit also display XX New Message (XX being the number of new messages) on the screen of the base and handset and the Play/Stop Button flashes on the base. You can also remotely access you answering system.
Here's the procedure to remotely access the answering system.
1. Dial your phone number on any touch tone phone.
2. Once the answering system answers, enter your unique remote access code.
3. Enter a remote command.
