Questiondo these phones require a wall phone jack?

- Answer Only one of the phones needs to be plugged into a wall jack. The other can be placed anywhere.

QuestionAre the handsets interchangeable?Our main phone's battery keeps going LOW and does not hold a charge long. I am wondering if I can take the handset from my bedroom and trade it with the one out in the main living area?

- Answer Yes you can. Both handsets are reporting back to the main base. Your second base is only a charging station. It doesn't matter which one the phones sit on to charge.

- Answer Jill - The accessory handsets that you add an existing system come with a charger that is smaller than the base that comes with your system. The handset charger connects to AC power, but not the phone line. To advise you on which accessory handset to buy, we would need the model # of the system you have or wish to purchase. Thanks!

QuestionWill this product work with my existing phones?We lost one of our handsets, but still have the main base, smaller base, and one handset. It's a VTech CS 6719-2. If I buy this product, will all three handsets work on the same phone line (as long as I only use ONE large base)? Thanks.

QuestionCan the ringers be turned offThere are times when we do not want the ringing telephone to disturb us. Can the ringer be turned off on one or both units?

QuestionI want to factory reset this vtech home phones plural. Model num er CS6719-2 . It keeps telling me there is a voicemail, shgen there is not. Plus my voicemail is full and i wanff to erase and be able to receive voicemail messages again. Please help me
