Press the CID button then scroll to the number you wish to delete and push the mute/delete button on the bottom left of the phone (right under the star key)

scott - Not quite sure what you're asking. To remove the MISSED CALLS alert, simply enter the Call Log and review all of your new Caller ID records. Thanks!
