Over all the phone is excellent. Small and convenient to handle. Clarity is very important to me and the sound quality is great It's light weight and the sleek design I like. Wish there was more colors to choose from to match my decor but everything else out weighs that

Great for price for one call...!
Pros: great quality for price, great sound quality for price, good range in basement of house *installed in basement-haven't used across levels or outside), clean design, easy to push buttons, easy setup, expandable. Cons: listener on call complained that voice volume was low, flat design forces phone to rest either on lips or ears but not both, speaker phone in handset only not on base (as described- I just like it when it is in the base.) Big con: after one phone call and one night, the phone base no longer receives power from the AC adapter (or the adapter blew) and the phone cannot be used. (the phone display reads: NO PWR AT BASE and plugging and unplugging the base has no effect on the phone.) Vtech's troubleshooting did not help. I will exchange the phone- it was good enough for the price to give it one more try.
