A:Answer Yes -- with the right software. The tablet works as another input device for your computer. The included software doesn't have a PDF annotator, but you can get one somewhere else. I am using the tablet to do this as a professor, and it works well for me, after overcoming the initial learning curve (it's hard to write/draw at first).
