A:AnswerI experienced the same issue with the one that I bought. I returned it after 4 days and decided to create my own NAS with FREENAS. My suggestions would be make sure that your router is Gigabit capable and the device you are uploading files from is wired via Ethernet and has a Gigabit Ethernet port. This will produce the fastest transfer speeds. I would suggest staying off wireless for big file transfers to avoid the lost connections.
A:AnswerI live in Brazil. I bought in USA, but here I found this product but the price is to high and if a bought here I will return this because is to hard to configure! I don't know in India it was on market but I guess so! Search in independents imports shops! And Luck for you! If you found verify if is not damage because I have to change the first one I bought !
