- Answer You can use the official Apple lightning to USB adapter in order to connect this drive to your iPhone. Also, the drive needs to be formatted in order for your iPhone to recognize it. You cannot do this from your iPhone, it will have to be done from a computer.

QuestionMy WD 5T Passport has stopped connecting with my Lenovo desktop, but it still works with my HP laptop. I have tried using all the USB ports, but the Passport does not come to life on the lenovo. Any suggestions?

- Answer Contact WD support, they can direct you to download their dashboard which can help determine the health of the drive. If still in the warranty period, WD will replace it. Make sure to backup the contents of the drive just in cast it needs to be formatted
