- Answer No, as I stated in my question & answer to Best Buy about this drive, it seems as if it is an OEM version, packaged in a brown box, with no accessories, only the bare drive.

QuestionThe answer to a previous question re: whether these drives are OEM and how are they packaged, etc. was quite a non-answer. According to the link provided, WD says the product is the property of the OEM manufacturer. So what is the warranty?
