- Answer I wouldn't recommend this. I had trouble and when I called help desk I was practically forced to purchase other services to get it to work. Thumbs down for me.

- Answer You can add the device by going to the web root website and put in the activation code that came with the web root antivirus software and it will activate the antivirus

QuestionI ordered a MacBook Pro from Bestbuy and had it shipped to my home. The description said Webroot Antivirus software subscription was included for 6 months. I do not see Webroot installed on my computer. Was a key code to be provided upon purchase?

- Answer Yes best buy is supposed to provide you with the key code so you can install tge software on your computer? If they did not provide it you have to contact customer service and i believe give tge details of your receipt purchase so they can provide you with the key# and details on how to activate it on your computer.

- Answer Not sure if that’s the case because I was in the same situation. When I went to Best Buy and inquired about needing new antivirus because Kaspersky was no longer available, I was charged full price.

- Answer Vicious people will always find a way to skirt around security, it is a challenge they live for. Online security programs can only do so much. You need a geek to go into your computer to hunt for the problem and get rid of it. Sounds like you need the help of a Super Geek.
