- Answer As I just found out the hard way, the day of purchase is the day of activation. I would not get webroot or anything with a subscription from them EVER!

QuestionPurchased a Surface Pro with an annual Webroot SecureAnywhere purchase for $20 less . The Surface Pro purchase also gave me 6 months of Webroot SecureAnywhere. Is there a way to start the annual Webroot subscr. after the free 6 months is over?

- Answer You should be able to. Go to the Webroot site through the app on you computer. Should have an upgrade option. It will take you to their website where you extend your Subscription. Hope this helps

QuestionI have an hp pavilion 32 gb 2 in 1 and I don't know how to set up the protection or security on my laptop/tablet.Like I said, I have tablet/laptop. The protection comes with a cd, but I don't know where to put that cd since my device doesn't have a Cd or dvd slot? Do I take it to my local Best Buy and get one of the geek members to help me?
