QuestionIs it OK to position unit to vent directly upward into the kitchen (can't vent to outside in our condo)? Filters should still reduce odors/grease, but top vents will be visible unless unit is positioned quite high above stove.

QuestionWhen I press "open" button on touch panel, door does not open -- microwave makes gurgiing noise. Disconnect power and plug back in microwave goes back to normal. I can manually open door and start microwave but touching open button starts noise again.

QuestionMy cabinets are 12 inches deep, but due to the wall tile the distance from the wall the the cabinet front is 11.5 inches. Can this be installed over the tile, or will I have to remove the tile? Thank you.

- Answer Hello Patricia, we are sorry to hear this. The clock is a 12-hour (12:00-11:59) clock. Touch CLOCK, enter time, then touch CLOCK or the Start control. Enter the time and then press the start button. We hope this helps.

QuestionI have two whirlpool microwaves. On the countertop size I can gear the end of cook time sound even if I'm upstairs. On my WML75011hz I can Barely hear the sound if I'm next to it after adjusting volume to highest level. Thank you for any help!

- Answer Hi Bob, Keypad tones and volume can be adjusted. Press CLOCK to reach the Sound submenu. 1. Button Tones On and Off: Press 1-On 2-Off 2. Volume: Press 1-Low, 2-Med, 3-High Pressing the Start keypad, pressing the CLOCK keypad will save.
