Q: QuestionCan this item be shipped to my home? When I place it in my cart it says no store or delivery available within 250 miles of my address?

Q: QuestionWhen will this be available through Best Buy? Others already have it available to purchase, for the same price. Pick up date is showing around the 20th. This is the only microwave that has the dimensions I have been looking for. I'd rather buy it here.

Q: QuestionHow has your experience been with the vent fan on this unit? If the kids want lots of pancakes, will it work to vent the smoke from the griddle? I wonder if buying a compact unit would mean sacrificing on the power for the vent fan.

Q: QuestionDo I need to use charcoal filter when venting outside? And is it normal that air is coming out from top left side of the microwave? Can i cover it with silver tape to stop the air flow at the front top left?
