“it says “NO” next to sensor cook under Specifications. But also says the appliance does has sensor cook within the descriptions below. This is confusing many customers causing them to email me the question”

Semperbenjamin, this Whirlpool® Microwave does have a sensor cook option.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it has a few different type of sensor cooking. However, I would stay away from this model. You can see my full review, but my popcorn sensor was not work. I was looking forward to never having my family burn popcorn -- you know how awful that is. I called Whirlpool customer service and they sent out a tech who said that the sensor for this, as show on his diagrams, was not even there. He had to order a whole new board. That is bizarre. That took two months to even get the new board. It seems to work now.

I have called them on many occasions and they have been great at getting the answers. I also like YouTube for random things that I need help with. I know this product has a lot of new and cutting edge things that I may never need or use, but I am excited to learn all about it and try everything. Sorry I can not be of better help...give me a year...
