• A:Answer Yes, you can adjust the volume of the beeps via the "Clock" function. Scrolling thru the Clock will give you a variety of options to include silencing the beeps, energy saving mode, etc.

• A:Answer Hey Coach, If you're talking venting through the ceiling we just replaced our microwave after 8 years. No issues until a component burned out. I much prefer venting outside to get the heat out of the kitchen. As always, as long as it's installed well to include the vent pipes, it'll last. That's been our experience. Hope this helps!

Q: QuestionHow do you change the charcoal filter? It was answered but there's more than 2 screws. Could you tell me what screws? I uploaded pictures. Would you provide a video on how to change it. I want to make sure I remove the right screws.

Q: QuestionI purchased this less than 2 years ago and the cooktop lightbulb recently stopped working. I bought a new appliance lightbulb (40 watt), installed it, and the light control won't work. The dimmer did not work and it wouldn't turn off. Please advise!!!

• A:Answer I don't understand, what you mean by outside venting fixture, but you can change the fan direction from up to back. You need to get to make a hole in the back wall and get the venting fixture from Home Depot under 10 dollars and easy to do it. Good Luck.

• A:Answer You would need to touch the cook time, touch the number keypads to enter the time then press the cook power and touch the number keypads to enter the power level (10-90) and then touch the start control. We hope this helps!
