- Answer The mounting plate is a standard 17 1/4 inch from the top. you can screw the plate through the tiles but will have to add a spacer above the tiles which is the same thickness as the tiles.

QuestionMy cooktop light stopped working, went to replace bulb and it broke from the base. Tried removing and it popped. Got base out and put in new bulb but it’s still not working. Is there a fuse that could need replaced on it? Microwave works

QuestionOur power went out last night and now there is no light on the area where it shows the time, amount of usage time, etc. It still works as you can hear it count down and beeps when done? Is there a replaceable light in there. Outage may have caused this?

QuestionWe have the Whirlpool Microwave WMH31017 HZ. It seems to top microwaving after 3-5 minutes of run time. The fan will continue to run but it is not cooking or heating the food? What would the fix be for this issue?

- Answer Hi Dave, we suggest trying to reboot the unit by either shutting it down at the breaker or unplugging it for 1 minute to 90 seconds. Try not to go over 90 seconds.
