QuestionI have had this machine for a year. I still can't get it to power on on the first try. At times it takes 10 tries, sometimes I have come back later. Does anyone have a suggestion for what is the magic touch to get that first button to work consistently?

QuestionWhirlpool 2.3 front load washer. NO bleach dispenser and manual says NO chlorine bleach or perborate. Please explain WHY? Larger front loaders have liquid bleach slot in dispenser drawer.

QuestionWhy this washer can't use bleach? there is statement "Do not use chlorine bleach in this washer" in user manual

- Answer I'm not surprised Whirlpool gave the wrong answer for this question. The washer has a hot water heater in the machine itself and they are concerned bleach may damage the heater. It took me MANY calls to get the right info from Whirlpool. Even they don't understand their washer! Do NOT buy this washer. Read the reviews. Picture of a week's laundry at the laundromat. :(
