Hello, We are sorry to hear about your concern. The lighting system in this Refrigerator, model WRX735SDHZ, are Sealed LED modules. If a Sealed LED module(s) do not illuminate when the refrigerator and/or freezer door is opened, please call Whirlpool® at 800-253-1301 for service. We are available M -F 8 am to 6 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.
