Called today waiting 37 mins on phone, can't adjust door according to Whirlpool, confirmed. Thank you for your response. Although disappointed...uneven door can not be corrected even after adjustment from bottom only.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nobody seems to know including Whirlpool Customer Service, but a Geek Squad fellow told us that the doors will lift UP and you can slip a 'C' shaped disk under the door that is low to raise it. He didn't have any. Comes with other brands of fridge, apparently. Whirlpool service fellow said ONLY the bottom 'wheel pad thingie' but it did make the fridge un-level. We used hose washers and cut a small piece out so that it could be slipped under the 'pole' that the door rides on. Worked like a charm. We used only 1 but if it's really out of whack you could slip another one under. Somebody has to lift the door while the other person slips the C disks in. WHY in creation does nobody seem to know about this????? I imagine this is not an UNcommon issue. DUH!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.YOU TAKE THE BOTTOM PLATE OFF WHERE THE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT PADS ARE FOR THE FRONT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT. RAISE OR LOWER EITHER SIDE TO RAISE OR LOWER UPPER DOORS ACCORDLY. YOU WOULD NOT THINK THIS WORKS BECAUCE YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD JUST RAISE AND LOWER THE WHOLE REIG NOT THE DOORS. BUT ITS WORKS. WHIRLPOOL TECH DID MY REIG AND IT DOES LOWER AND RAISE THE DOORS. HE STATED IT ADJUSTS THE FRAM WHICH ADJUST THE DOORS.
