QuestionI have GE wall oven which is 281/4 wide and having hard time finding replacement. I am only finding 27" and 30". Question is will 27" fit (I know it's stupid question, we all know it will fit) in 281/4? what about the difference ?

- Answer The company (whose name I don't remember) that Best Buy sent to install made mine fit. They had to make adjustments but they did a GREAT job.

QuestionCan I use aluminum liner to avoid spill? Or silicone black liner on bottom?

- Answer NO, NO,NO! If you put an aluminum liner on the bottom of the oven, it will MELT and it will be stuck on the bottom. I know this because my wife did it after I had told her not to put anything on the bottom. The heating element is below the flat portion of the oven and that flat area is extremely HOT. If you want to put a liner, put one of the racks on the lowest setting, then put the liner on the over rack, but NEVER directly on the bottom of the oven. I would suggest not to put anything and just wipe the bottom once the oven is cold.

- Answer There is a bottom element but it is “hidden” underneath the bottom metal plate. The design is to make cleaning inside easier and keep food from dripping directly on to the element.
