• No, this is not a portable machine, you need a grounded electrical outlet located within 4 ft (1.2 m) of power cord on back of washer, hot and cold water faucets located within 3 ft (0.9 m) of hot and cold water fill valves on washer, and water pressure of 20-100 psi. • No, the WTW4816FW 3.5 Cu. Ft. Top Load Washer is not portable unless you're The Hulk and it requires full hook-ups to use it.
